b. Our services are available worldwide and are intended for growth and engagement purposes only. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform. We do not guarantee engagement results beyond the specific services offered.
c. Orders begin processing immediately after purchase. Engagement typically starts within 0-3 hours, but completion times may vary due to platform updates, server load, or real-user availability. Once an order starts processing, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, even if engagement has not yet appeared.
d. All services include non-drop protection for up to 30 days, meaning engagement will be refilled if a drop occurs. We cannot control fluctuations due to platform updates, algorithm changes, or user behaviour. For more information contact us.
e. We never require your social media password. Your personal information is kept secure and used only for order fulfillment.
f. Refund processing time should take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
g. No refunds will be issued except in cases where we fail to deliver the purchased service. Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after purchasing.
- Finding an alternative provider elsewhere.
- Engagement drops (more information at d.).
- Platform bans, suspensions, or restrictions due to policy violations.
- Delays due to platform restrictions, system updates, private account, private group, or private profile, as well as enabled flagging for review.
- Incorrect URL, username, link provided.
- Differences in engagement expectations, including source, quality, or perception.
h. If an order is partially completed, we will try out best to complete the order asap. If this is not possible from our end, we may offer a partial refund based on the proportion of service delivered.
i. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without liability for changes or discontinuation.
j. Rocket Growth and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damages, or claims resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to:
-Changes in social media platform algorithms or policies.
- Account suspension, restriction, or removal.
- Engagement decreases or drops.
- Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
k. These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your country.
l. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
